02 / Workflow design

Start with your current process.
Identify what needs to change.

Instead of replacing every system at once, identify where work becomes disconnected and which problems to address first.

Forms, approvals & permissions
Design the configuration around your forms, review and approval procedures, and responsibilities.
Dedicated features
Identify requirements outside the standard platform and define the scope of custom development.
Existing system integration
Review available ERP, PLM and groupware interfaces and data structures to assess possible integrations.
Data migration
Review the format and quality of existing documents and histories, then define the migration scope, cleanup work and verification methods.

03 / Databases & servers

Beyond the screen,
built for real operations.

Where data lives, how it connects to existing systems, and who operates it.
We design the implementation and operational scope around your environment.

Workspaces Documents · Approvals · Records
Database Data · History · Connections
Server & operating environment Access · Backup · Recovery
Database implementation Designed around your requirements.
On-premises deployment
Install the system and database on your internal servers.
Configure them around your security policies and network environment.
MedQraft-hosted database integration
Connect to a database provided and operated by MedQraft.
Define data storage and access permissions together.
Existing customer database integration
Use a database you already operate.
Review its data structure, read and write permissions, and synchronization methods.

Define database design, data migration and server deployment scope for the selected approach.
On-premises deployment and database integration can be combined.
The actual connections are confirmed after reviewing the existing environment.

Operations & maintenance Define responsibilities, from backups to incident response.
Backup & recovery
Define backup targets, frequency, storage locations, recovery procedures and the people responsible for verification.
Operational support
Agree responsibilities for monitoring, updates and incident response, along with support hours and duration.
Costs & changes
Infrastructure charges, operational support and additional development costs are explained separately.

The scope and fees for implementation, integration and operational support are confirmed for each project.

04 / Implementation process

From scope to handover,
review each step together.

The following outlines our implementation process.

05 / Operational terms

Beyond implementation,
clarify the terms first.

Product customization and standalone system development have different delivery arrangements.
The following items are included in the scope and quotation.

Implementation, migration, external services and operational support costs are distinguished.
Timing depends on development and acceptance scope and the materials the customer needs to prepare.
Data & source code
The contract defines data retention and return, source code delivery and usage rights.
Infrastructure & security
Confirm the environment and responsibilities for account management, access permissions, backups and incident response.
Acceptance review & history
